CANSSI Ontario Postdoctoral Fellowship in Statistical Sciences

We are pleased to invite proposals and applications for the CANSSI Ontario Postdoctoral Fellowship in Statistical Sciences. This fellowship will provide salary support for up to two years for postdoctoral fellows undertaking full-time research at a CANSSI Ontario partner university or at their affiliated research institutes.

The fellowship supports research that deepens our understanding of theoretical statistics, though projects in other areas of statistics may also be considered.

Eligibility depends on candidates applying for and meeting the requirements of the CANSSI Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellowship Program.

Anticipated Deadlines

1. Faculty Proposals: October 2025.
2. Postdoctoral Fellow Applications: November 2025-January 2026.

Project, supervisory team, and postdoctoral submissions will be assessed on the basis of scientific excellence and fit to the Program.
